Day #8 VLCD
Disappointment again. No loss. Still 176.5 down from 184. Went to the beauty shop yesterday. Put that cream around the edge of my hairline to keep the hair dye from staining my skin. Guess that ruined it for me. Well, I'm doing everything else correctly, so all I can do is keep on keepin on. Today is a new day. I still have a long way to go so I can't give up now. I still have 32.5 pounds to go. At this rate I'll be dieting forever.......

I know it's frustrating to not lose, but don't give up! You will be to your goal in no time! This protocol really knocks off the inches too and you may find you don't want to lose that much!
