Tuesday Day #7 VLCD

Well, I walked about 5 miles yesterday. My legs are sore today. 3 miles @ the gym, then took the dogs for a walk in the afternoon. We walked at a good pace for an hour. Only lost .5lbs since Monday. bummer. Eating all the right stuff, drinking water. I think my muscles are growing. We'll see how the week ends up. :)

Hi Cindy,

You might want to cut down on the walking to not more than an hour a day or even less, unless that is something that you are already used to doing. For some reason, exercise that is too strenuous can have negative effects on this protocol, at least as far as weight loss is concerned. E-mail me privately anytime that you have a question or get stalled like this, so that we can brainstorm and troubleshoot the problem. It is very unusual to stall this early, so let's see if cutting down on the exercise will help. Some hCG clinics even have you do NO exercise until your last 10 pounds or so.
