Day #2, Round 2, VLCD
I lost 1.5 pounds! Yesterday's weight 175.5, todays' weight is 174.0.....hurrraaaayyyyy! So off I go to get busy. Oh. I just remembered, I have to get my hair done today. No cream on my face this time, bummer, I'll have dye stains on my skin for a couple of days I guess. yuk. Oh, well, what's a girl to do? Till tomorrow......

You could use Vaseline rather than cream on your face when coloring hair and it will not affect the protocol.
