Still P3....for a few more days
Hello Everyone,
I've been enjoying P3, as you know. I've learned that you can eat too much food. I know we're told to eat alot, so I did, and you can gain if you eat too many calories. I've learned that I need fewer calories than I thought, only about 1500 to 1800 to maintain my weight. Anything over that and I will gain a half a pound. So, this P3 has helped me to know how to lose it and keep it off even after I'm completely finished losing weight. So since I went on P3, I've gaineed 5.5 lbs. I wish I hadn't, but I did, so I'll just lose it all over again. My plan is to start injections on Saturday morning and finish off the last 20 pounds!!! So I will be leaving more blogs beginning this weekend. Take care!

a 5 lb gain is normal, everyone i know gained at least that on their P3. Once you get back on the injections and hit P4 you will notice it all come off and more, but P4 is the hardest round i think so be prepared.
I found tha P3 was the hardest one, to go with not eating and lsong lots of weight and now were supposed to eat alot! I dont want to, i find it very hard on this round it makes me feel very guilty.
