Day #11, Round 2, VLCD
Happy Day!! Weight this morning = 164.5, down from 166! .5 pounds more and I will have lost 20 pounds since 04/14th. I'm still losing at least .5 pounds per day usually closer to .75 or even sometimes a pound or more! Every morning there us usually a loss on the scale. How encouraging!! Well.....lots to do today, my daughter is coming over to work in the garden with me today! We need to fertilize the Rose bushes, I have a tomato plant to put in the ground, and alot of weeding to do! L8R

Good Job Cindy, you cant complain with at least a 0.5 loss per day, i wish i was so fortunate. :(
Congratulations Cindy. I also was losing a 1/2 or a 1/3 lb average.
Congratulations on your loss. On the average for 40 days of injections, I lost 1/2 or 1/3 per day with two week lonng plateaus.
