Day #1, P3
Hello friends,
On Wednesday morning I woke up to a .5 weight gain, so I'm setteled in at 158lbs. Today is my first P3 day (Friday) and I'm still at 158. I feel better since I ate an omelet this morning. I think my body needed a break from losing so much weight so fast. Anyway, I'm going to do P3 for a few weeks and then lose the last 15 pounds or so. I'll keep you up on how things are going. Happy Father's Day to all! :)

oh no i missed fathers day!! I wish i would have read your post earlier now i must call my father and tell him i forgot. thanks for the reminder!
